Sadie Amara Calvano has become famous for the role of Violet Plunkett that she played on the CBS show Mom. Calvano is originally from California and first became interested in gymnastics. Then, she chose to be an actress. In 2010, she first appeared on the screen in an episode from the CBS series "NCIS.' The following year her first major-screen debut came in the biographical crime film J Edgar. Through the years, she established herself among the top actors of today's young. In 2011, she was awarded the Young Artist Award nomination for the top Actress in TV Series, in the role of Guest Actress 11-15. In 2013, in recognition of a guest role in Disney XD's "Kickin' it' comedy series She was also nominated for the Young Artist Award. Calvano had a significant role in "Mom" in the series the first three seasons of and also made several cameos in Season 4. In 2015, her role in 'Mom" was recognized with an award called the Gracie Allen Award as Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star.
